Dua in Arabic
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Urdu Translation
“تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے ہمیں موت جیسی نیند کے بعد دوبارہ زندہ کیا اور اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہے۔”
English Translation
“All praise is for Allah who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.”
Meaning
This dua reminds Muslims that waking up is a mercy and blessing from Allah. Sleep is similar to death, and waking up means Allah has given another chance to live and worship Him.
